Message	when i was 16 i was only paying 255/yr. it depends on how long you've had the car on the insurance plan as well as how much you're supposed to be driving it. i had it listed as 80mi/month when school was 10 miles away. somewhere along the line the insurance caught on and now i pay around 300/6mo for acts of god/theft/etc. I wouldn't do that if I were you
